Navigation
When you log in to Cruitive, you will be greeted by one of the following views
1 if you are part of a group company
2 if you log in directly to a company account
1 Home Screen - Group Company
If you belong to a corporation or if your company has several different Cruitive companies to handle different business areas, for example, you as an administrator for the company will land on the home screen for group companies. It looks like the image below instructs;
Overview Page
In the middle of the screen, you will find an overview page. At the top of this page, you see three boxes - one that shows the number of companies, one the number of recruitments, and one that shows the number of candidates. The data you find in these boxes applies to everything that has happened in all companies within the company group/corporation.
Just below these three boxes, it states which of the companies in the company group is the main company in the group. Often the parent company of the corporation or the Cruitive company where you gather your main business recruitments.
Below the main company, you will find a table where all subsidiaries are gathered. You can click on all these companies, and when you click on one of the companies, you will land on the "Home Screen - Company Account" which you can read about below to see how to navigate in that view. To go directly there, you can click here.
At the top right of the overview page, you will find +new company. There you can add another subsidiary to your company group.
When you add a new subsidiary, it's not certain that all functions you have in the parent company will be transferred to the subsidiary - if any function is missing. Contact support@cruitive.com and we will help ensure that the subsidiary is set up correctly.
Left Menu
To the left of the overview in the middle, you will find a menu where you can navigate to a table with all recruitments that have been made and are ongoing in your company group, you can look at all applications, all candidates, all variables, and all tags used.
2 Home Screen - Company Account
If you do not belong to a group company/corporation, or if you have clicked into a specific company from the group company view, you will land here when you log into the system. Below you will learn to navigate through a company in Cruitive.
Activity Feed
On the right side of the home screen, you will find the activity feed. In the activity feed, you see everything that has happened in the system that you, based on your permissions, are allowed to see in the system. The activity feed will follow you wherever you are in the system and adapt its content based on where you are. On the home screen, for example, you see everything that has happened in the system, but if you click into a candidate, the activity feed will only show what has happened to that candidate, etc.
In the activity feed, certain words and names are in bold, indicating that you can click on what is bolded.
Search Menu
At the top right, you will find the search menu with five function buttons. Here you will find your profile, the search function in the system, a notification center, a message center, and a support button.
Profile
If you click on the round button on the far right that either consists of an image or the letter P (if no image has been added), a list will drop down showing that you can click on the options "edit profile", "change theme" or "log out".
Under edit profile, you set up information about yourself - which you can then use in communication with candidates and/or when you are added as a contact person in an advertisement. Under the profile, you also set up the linking of notifications you want to receive to your email address and which language you want to work in the system.
If you are logged into the system daily, we recommend that you have all notifications turned off. If you are in about once a week, we recommend that you click that you want to be notified if you receive messages in the system and if a new application comes in. If you are in less often, we recommend that you have all or most notifications activated.
On your profile, you can also choose which language you want to work in when you are in the system. If you change the language on your profile, it's only your settings that are affected - so it's only you who will get the page in English if you choose to work in the English version.
Changing the theme means you can choose whether the screen should be dark or light. If your eyes are starting to get tired or if it's dark in the room you're working in, it can be comfortable for the eyes to have the dark mode on!
Search Function
If you click on the search function, you can search for anything in the system. The system will find what you are looking for and categorize the result based on various categories to make it clear to you what the system has found.
Notification Center
The notification center, unlike the activity feed, shows information that is directly linked to you who are logged in. It could be if you have been asked to review a needs analysis, if you have been added to a recruitment, or if you have received a new applicant for a recruitment you are involved in.
The pin you see on the far right of a notification can be clicked to pin a notification at the top, perhaps to remember what needs to be done or to return to that notification at a later time. You can also click on the moving box to archive the notification instead.
At the top right corner in notifications, there are three dots placed, if you click there you can choose to archive all your notifications or go to a full screen where all notifications are displayed.
Message Center
The message center gathers messages that come into the system that you get to see. Here you can choose to mark messages as active or archived. If you click on the small pin, you can pin a message so that it appears at the top of the message center - a good thing when you might need to return to the message later. At the top right corner, you also have the option to archive all messages and to open all messages in full-screen view.
Support Button
To the left of the message button, you will find a button consisting of a circle with a question mark in it - this is the system's support button.
Under the support button, you have a direct link to our support team, and there you can write directly through the system to our developers if you encounter problems in the system, if you have wishes, feedback, or if you need any help in the system. Through this function, you can also take a screenshot which is then automatically attached to your case - this often makes it easier for our developers to understand your request as they clearly see where in the system you are.
Main Field
In the middle of the home screen, active recruitments, expression of interest, and latest applications are displayed. All this information you will also find in the side menu, but here you have an overview of these parts.
The information in the tables is clickable, and if you click on a recruitment, for example, you will enter that recruitment.
At the top corner of tables, you often find a cogwheel - if you click on it, you can decide for yourself what should be shown in the table.
You do not create new recruitments here - you just have an overview of your recruitments. To start a new recruitment, click on recruitment in the menu on the left.
Side Menu
From the side menu, you navigate to most functions in the system.
Recruitment
Under recruitment, you will find the subheadings: recruitments, templates, competencies, groups for interview booking, and needs analyses.
Under recruitments, you will find all your recruitments, you create new recruitment processes and manage your expression of interest. For more info about recruitment click here
Templates is the place you navigate to create and edit templates in the system. There are functions for you to create templates for most things in the system, from an entire recruitment process to individual parts of the process. For more info about templates click here
If you click on competencies, you will find a competency bank where different competencies are, these are in turn linked to interview and reference questions. When you choose competencies from the competency bank in your requirement profile, you will be able to auto-generate interview guides and reference guides. For more info about the competency bank click here
Groups for interview booking means that you can create clusters of times either just in your own calendar, or in teams with colleagues, and link these times to bookable interview times in your recruitment processes to then be able to send out interview invitations to several candidates simultaneously. For more info about groups for interview booking click here
Under needs analyses, you can create new needs analyses and find the needs analyses that you have been added to for review. For more info about needs analyses click here
Candidates
Under candidates in the menu, you will find the candidate bank for the system. When a candidate applies for a position or makes an expression of interest to your company, the candidate obviously ends up on the specific position or on your expression of interest, but they also end up here in the candidate bank.
The candidate bank is thus a place where all candidates who have applied to you in one way or another are gathered. About how you use and navigate in the candidate bank, you can read about here.
Calendar
You will find Cruitive's calendar here - it works like most other digital calendars found in other systems or programs. You can sync the calendar with your office calendar. You can also invite candidates to interviews through the calendar.
Read more about how to sync your calendar here. Read more about how to manage the calendar here.
Tasks
Tasks are Cruitive's digital post-it notes. Here you can create tasks to keep track of your work. You can create different task boards and on each task board create different classes that the post-it notes can be organized in - more about tasks you can find here.
Statistics
Here you will find the statistics page in the system where you can get track of relevant data to understand the spread of your recruitment processes and to analyze your own work. The statistics can be exported and you can decide for which time interval you want the statistics to be displayed. You can also choose whether the statistics should show all your processes or individual processes.
Your Company
Under your company, you set up settings for the company, add new users and manage your career page. You will find your media library, manage user roles, review your variables and tags as well as general settings.
