Overview

Welcome to the overview of the chapter Matching events. The purpose of matching events is to smartly connect candidates with companies that have shared interests. In matching events, there are three types of participants. The event host, companies and candidates.

The host begins by inviting companies and candidates to an event. These then have to answer a few different questions. Depending on how they respond, matches are generated between companies and candidates.

If companies and candidates approve their matches, they can then book interviews to meet digitally or physically.
